4. Hosting and server log files
The domain and, where applicable, individual forwarding or DNS services may be managed through IONOS. The technical provision of the web app, authentication, database, functions and delivery of app content is handled through Firebase and Google Cloud.
When the website is accessed and operated, technical log data may be processed to provide the site, maintain security and analyse faults. This may include IP address, time of access, requested file, referrer URL, browser information and operating system.
Log data is used only as far as necessary and is not combined with other data unless required for security or legal reasons.
5. Firebase, login and storage
Volleyball 3D Studio uses Firebase services for authentication, account handling and saving drills. Data entered during registration and when saving drills may be stored and linked to the user account.
Saved drills can include scene data such as court type, players, balls, equipment, camera, keyframes, descriptions and sharing status.
Users are responsible for the content they save and share.
8. Withdrawal requests
Withdrawal requests may include email address, name, plan, order number or invoice request ID, message and timestamp.
This data is processed to document and handle the withdrawal request.
9. Ending requests
Ending requests may include email address, name, plan, invoice number or invoice request ID, message and timestamp.
This data is processed to document and manually handle Premium ending requests.
10. Use of the 3D Studio
When using the Studio, content and settings required for the visual scene can be processed locally in the browser and, when saved, in the database.
Shared drills may be made available via a public link if the user activates sharing.
Examples of possible Studio data
- Positions of players, balls and equipment
- Selected courts, poses, colours and rotations
- Created drills, training scenes or tactical drafts
- Title, description, timestamp, user assignment and publication status of a drill
11. Cookies, local storage and authentication
The website uses necessary cookies or local storage for login, security, saved preferences and operation of the application.
Analytics features are only activated if users explicitly allow them in the cookie notice. Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and remains disabled for measurement. Cookie settings can be reopened and changed at any time using the cookie button.

This website may use Google Analytics 4 if users have consented in the cookie notice. Without consent, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The measurement ID used is G-V5PLWV2408.
After consent, Google Analytics may process website usage information such as page views, technical browser and device information, referrers, approximate location data and interactions. Processing is based on consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The choice is stored locally in the browser and can be withdrawn or changed at any time using the cookie button.
