Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of Volleyball 3D Studio, account registration, Premium payments or invoice requests and the requirement to credit the tool when publishing content.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the Volleyball 3D Studio website and related features such as the Studio, saved drills, animations, drill sharing, account areas, Premium features and all content created through them.

By registering, using the Studio or buying or requesting yearly Premium access, users accept these terms in the version published at the time. Deviating user terms apply only if expressly confirmed in writing.

2. Registration and account

An account is required for certain features. Users are responsible for providing correct information and keeping login details confidential. During registration, the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy must be accepted.

The account may not be transferred, sold or misused. If unauthorised use is suspected, users should inform the operator and change their password.

There is currently no newsletter. Registration is not connected to consent for email marketing.

3. Use of the Studio

Volleyball 3D Studio is used to plan, visualise and present volleyball drills. Content such as players, balls, markers, equipment, animations and saved drills may only be used within the legally permitted framework.

Users remain responsible for their own drills, scenes, descriptions, shared links, screenshots, videos and other publications. No unlawful, offensive, misleading, discriminatory, violent or rights-infringing content may be created, saved or published.

4. Attribution for published content

If users create content with Volleyball 3D Studio and use it publicly or commercially, especially videos, reels, shorts, TikToks, YouTube videos, social posts, websites, presentations, course material, training documents or advertising material, Volleyball 3D Studio must be named as the tool used.

  • In videos, the credit must be visible in the video, credits, overlay or a clearly noticeable text display.
  • Video descriptions, captions, course material or websites must also include a note with a link.
  • Recommended credit: Created with Volleyball 3D Studio by @gaertnermoritz.
  • Recommended link: https://volley-studio.com/en/ or the officially provided link.
  • The credit must not suggest a partnership, approval or endorsement by Volleyball 3D Studio unless this expressly exists.

This attribution requirement applies in addition to any platform-specific rules or copyright notices.

5. Yearly Premium access and payment methods

Premium expands the Studio with additional features. Premium can currently be requested by invoice only as yearly access. Invoice requests are reviewed and enabled manually after payment receipt and, where applicable, proof of eligibility.

  • More players, balls, arrows, block shadows and equipment
  • Unlimited saving of drills
  • Create animations
  • Share drills by link
  • Advanced features for coaches, clubs, schools and institutions

A submitted invoice request does not automatically grant Premium access. The operator may decline requests, ask for further information or request proof. Premium rights may not be shared, resold or transferred to other accounts unless otherwise agreed.

6. Yearly prices

The published prices apply per year and are shown in euros. Current plans are Normal for EUR 59.50, Pupil/Student/Trainee for EUR 33.99, and Club and Institution on request. Reduced or organisation-related plans may require proof.

Unless otherwise agreed, the access period starts when Premium access is enabled after payment receipt or individual confirmation. Access ends at the end of the paid yearly period unless a new access period is purchased or otherwise agreed.

7. Withdrawal for consumers

Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement via the online form or by email to the contact address in the imprint is sufficient.

The online withdrawal page Withdraw contract is available for withdrawal requests. There, the withdrawal can be submitted with email address, optional order number or invoice request ID and a message. Receipt is documented in the system with a timestamp.

The full withdrawal information and a model withdrawal text are available on the withdrawal page. A withdrawal request is processed manually after receipt.

8. User duties

Users must use Volleyball 3D Studio responsibly and lawfully.

  • No sharing of third-party accounts or Premium access
  • No publication of unlawful content or content infringing third-party rights
  • No removal of required notices, credits or visible attribution in published content
  • No use that suggests Volleyball 3D Studio has reviewed, certified or officially recommended third-party content

Users must ensure that their use of drills, media and exported or shared content complies with applicable law and any rights of third parties.

9. Availability and changes

The operator endeavours to keep Volleyball 3D Studio available and to develop it further. However, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Functions may be changed, expanded, restricted or discontinued if this is technically, legally or economically necessary.

10. Liability and training notice

Volleyball 3D Studio is a planning and visualisation tool. It does not replace professional coaching judgement, safety checks or sport-specific responsibility during training and matches.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

11. Rights to content and tool

Users retain rights to their own training content where they own those rights. Volleyball 3D Studio, its design, source code, graphics, structures and software components remain protected.

Users receive only the right to use the tool in accordance with these terms. Copying, reverse engineering, resale or operation of competing services based on protected parts of the tool is not permitted.

12. Ending, deletion and blocking

Users can log out, request ending of Premium where applicable and, where available, delete their account. If an account is deleted, associated saved drills may also be deleted.

Technical access ends at the end of the paid period unless a new access period is purchased or otherwise agreed. The operator may restrict or block access if users violate these terms, misuse the service or legal obligations require action.

13. Premium ending requests

Premium users can submit an ending request via End Premium, especially for invoice payment or individual agreements. The request is saved with a timestamp and then processed manually.

An ending request does not automatically refund previous payments unless a statutory or contractual claim exists.

14. Privacy

Information about the processing of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy. It is part of using account, saving and Premium features.

15. Final provisions and contact

Provider details and contact options are available in the Imprint.

German law applies where legally permissible. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
