Withdrawal Information

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Moritz Gärtner, Sollerbauerweg 11, 81241 Munich, Germany, email: beachcamp.albanien@gmail.com, by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use this form or send an email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice. Where possible, the refund will use the same means of payment used for the original transaction; for invoice or bank transfer payments, we will coordinate the refund with you.

If you requested that the digital service begin during the withdrawal period, a reasonable amount may be due for the service already provided, where legally permitted. A statutory right of withdrawal may expire under certain conditions if you expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expired and confirmed that you may thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
